TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale of the products contained in the virtual catalogues on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale formulated in accordance with the regulations on off-commercial premises agreements. VIVETTA S.R.L is authorised by Vivetta S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to operate an e-commerce system. For the purposes of the sales of the aforementioned products, the company has no power of representation of VIVETTA S.R.L towards the buyers ("Customers"). It follows that VIVETTA S.R.L is the only party liable towards the Customers and, for this purpose, any liability on the part of the company is expressly excluded. The sales agreement can be concluded in the following languages: Italian and English.
CONTRACTORS
The agreement of sale shall be deemed to have been made by and between:
- VIVETTA S.R.L with registered office in Piazza Guido Monaco 11 - 52100 Arezzo - Italy, VAT and Tax Code 02314860517
- Customer: the person (individual or legal entity) who has sent an order via the website and it has been accepted by VIVETTA S.R.L
The application of any other contractual conditions, even if not expressly disavowed by VIVETTA S.R.L, is excluded.
APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Before making a purchase, the Customer is asked to read these General Terms and Conditions carefully and is authorised to save, reproduce, download a copy and/or print them. For any further information, the customer is invited to contact the customer service at the following email address infoshop@vivetta.com. By completing the formalities set out in advance to place the purchase order, the Customer declares that he/she has taken note of the formalities and fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The general terms and conditions of sale may be modified over time by VIVETTA S.R.L, and any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website. The conditions in force at the time of purchase shall apply to each agreement.
