You have 14 days from receiving your order to request to return an item. You are entitled to returns and they shall always be accepted if you follow the steps below.
- You cannot exchange goods for different sizes and/or models, so, if you want to exchange the same item for a different size or colour, or for a different item, please return the goods and then place a new order.
- Our return procedure only allows for the refund of returned items.
- You can only make one return request per order.
- Shipping costs for sending back the return shall be at the expense of the buyer.
- Returned goods shall not be accepted if the procedure differs from that specified here by us.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You can manage your return request directly by sending an email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject RETURN. In reply, you shall receive a summary of the return and credit procedures for the payment made.
Procedure for sending returns from Italy by post
- Send an email email@example.com with the subject RETURN
- Specify which item you want to return
- After confirming your return request, you shall receive a confirmation EMAIL in which you shall find:
- The RETURN CODE (in the text of the email) associated with your order (e.g., RMG1234).
- A FORM (in the text of the email) to be printed and inserted inside the parcel.
- PRINT THE EMAIL containing the forms and insert it inside the package.
- CONTACT the courier or to book a pick-up or go to the nearest delivery point to return the parcel.
After checking the integrity of the product (as per the General Terms and Conditions), the cost of the item(s) shall be refunded.
Procedure for shipping returns from Italy via the reserved customer area
- Accessing the reserved area via authentication
- Select the PRODUCT RETURN service
- Specify which item you want to return and enter the required information
- Send the request form
- Wait until you receive the confirmation email and follow the procedures indicated for returning products
